It was back in March, when the world felt like a very different place, that the first spade went into the ground and work officially began on site of the award-winning Ironworks residential development in Leeds.

It marked the start of a fifteen-month process which will see developer PfP Igloo and Nick Brown Architects’ incredible vision come to life, bringing homeownership and family homes back to Leeds city centre. It’s also the first time that PfP Igloo has developed a residential scheme in Leeds. Igloo was behind the transformation of Holbeck Urban Village back in 2003, turning the area into a thriving, buzzing neighbourhood of independent cafes and bars, and home to the city’s fast growing and vibrant creative and digital businesses sector.
