Recognised internationally as world-leading, footprint® is a rigorous process which makes sure that every development enhances the world in an ethical, sustainable way.

footprint® is at the heart of Ironworks. This means that a minimum of 10% of power will be generated by solar panels; every home will be heated with electricity rather than gas and walls and ceilings will be highly insulated.

We know that it’s sometimes necessary to have a car, but at Ironworks there will be limited parking spaces (neatly hidden from view) and instead we’ll be offering on-site club spaces for residents to use, electric charging points and plenty of places for bike storage.
